1. How long does it take to complete a course?
It depends, you can start and stop at any point. Which means you can complete the course over several days.
2. How long do I have access to the course material?
If you are enrolled onto the course through your trust, then it depends on your trusts contract, this could be 3, 6 or 12 months.
3. Where do I find courses that I am registered to?
Click onto ‘Courses’ from the menu bar. Select ‘My Courses’. This will display all the online courses you are registered to and need to complete.
4. Is my course accredited?
Yes, it is nationally CPD accredited.
5. How will I be graded?
You will have to complete an online assessment at the end of your course. If you are enrolled onto the course through your trust, then it depends what pass grade your trust sets. However, the standard pass grade is 80%.
6. Are there any assignments or courseworks?
No. You only need to pass the online assessment to complete the course.
7. How can I see my assessment scores?
The web based learning website will display your score after every assessment you take. Your score is displayed as a percentage in front of the assessment you complete. Remember to click ‘Review Questions’ to see a detailed result.
8. What happens if I fail my assessment?
This is determined by your trust but in many cases there is an opportunity to re-take the course again after further study.
9. Can I access my course details and content whenever I want to?
Yes, until you are registered to complete the course. The standard duration time to complete the course is 3, 6 or 12 months, but it depends on your trusts contract.
10. Do I need any background knowledge before taking the course?
We suggest that you look at the ‘Online Resources’ and do some pre-course reading if you are unfamiliar with the RTT rules.
11. Do I need any additional resources or materials to participate?
The web based learning course content, videos, audios, and online resources are sufficient for you to complete the course. You may want to have a pen and paper available to make notes.

14. What is my cancellation policy?
We are happy to reschedule or postpone the course date for you. If you are enrolled onto the course through your trust, then contact your trust and let them know.
